Hey there, I want to welcome you all to my new website. We are still adding things to it so check back frequently for new pictures and pages. I want to thank you all for taking the time to stop by and say hi. To all my fans, friends and family, I want to thank all of you for believing and supporting our dreams over the years. You all mean the world to me. We hope to be back on the track this year. I am not sure in what but we have a lot of ideas we are working on….hint…could be an Indy Light car or maybe even a Monster Truck….stay tuned to find out…..
As always, Racin’ For A Dream,
Kim
I hope you enjoy my new site!!!
This poem was written by Rachelle Rudloph and emailed to me
Wow i hope you still remember me, you havent seen me in forever. I had
to write this poem for english on what i see as perfectly fine but others
see as a bad idea and what easier to write about than racing considering it
plays a huge role in my life (: I decided to write on diversity in racin;
as in women racin. I'm not quite sure why but my heart said that i should
include names of well known people, yours popped up in my head.
Diversity In Racing
Some may see this as a bad idea but I see it as my life and my dream.
How can they let a girl race ?
They simply can’t keep up with our pace
Girls should not be able to race.
Guys will argue girls shouldn’t race because we supposedly can’t
keep up with their pace
Look at Traci DeCaire, Natalie Sather, Kim Scheffler and Erin Crocker.
They can kick butt on the track.
Hmm… well look at that.
Is it such a big deal?
When were one the track you treat us just like one of the guys
Are you just scared you might have some hard competition?
I can see it in your eyes
Now I am starting to think you’re scared of a little surprise.
The girls are going to race whether you like it or not.
So don’t be surprised when one of the girls in the winner circle.
All because you couldn’t beat me to that notorious finish line.
